Returns & Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not please get in touch.
You have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return please ensure the item is unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase.
Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange your return and for instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unfortunately we cannot accept your item otherwise and your refund will not be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know straight away if the item is defective or damaged, we will endeavour to put this right as quickly as possible. Occasionally the wrong item is sent by mistake, if this happens please let us know and we will send out the correct item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
If you would like to change the size, colour or design of an item you have received the easiest and quickest way to do this is to return the item, once the return has been accepted - place a new order.
We will contact you once we have received your return to arrange a refund. Your refund will be issued onto the card you paid with. There may be a short delay while your bank approves the payment.
